Ellis Alliance carries out three types of actions:
- To remedy a deteriorated situation and identify the actions to be taken
- To advise the manager in the event of a strategic financial choice to make and in his relation with the regulatory authorities
- To address and to compensate the lack of risk management or inaccurate risk monitoring by creating effective internal « ad hoc » mechanisms
